How Fearann works

Find. Understand.
Move forward.

The records and context you need for a focused site review.

01

Find your site

Search by address or planning reference. Filter by jurisdiction, county, authority and recorded planning status.

32-county map · searchable addresses · official records

02

Review the available context

Inspect nearby electricity nodes, matched wastewater treatment categories and Republic zoning context. Conditional risk profiles bring together actual requirements, contextual flags and mapping checks with their sources.

Recorded findings · source links · coverage limits

03

Compare and follow up

Save relevant planning records, compare available information and create a sourced brief. Review any attached report notes before making formal enquiries.

Rare findings still matter

Keep the important detail with its source.

Where a reviewed report is available, its dated findings stay attached to that planning record and appear in the Findings workspace. These selected notes are not a nationwide report-review service. Rare requirements and conflicts are not hidden by a minimum population threshold.

Public-record example: Fortfield Road, Terenure. Case 322106 records a sewer upgrade in the utility response dated 21 January 2025. The next check is whether those works remain required or have been completed. Read the cited report, page 21 ↗

Report coverage is limited to 7 Dublin records. Recorded signal bands are explainable review rules, not predictive scores or statistical anomaly detection. No current engineering clearance or connection probability is inferred.

Zoning & plans

Start with the land context.

See MyPlan zoning around the published planning point, with the council's original category, plan name, dates and source links. Current and expired plan records stay separate.

Republic of Ireland coverage. Point matches are context, not a whole-site zoning or permitted-use determination. Overlaps, boundary proximity and missing matches remain visible. Check the council's adopted plan and variations.
